Terms of Service
Effective as of August 8, 2026
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the poecrafthelper.org website and the PoE Craft Helper application (the "Service") provided by the administration.
1.2. By using the Service — including registering, subscribing, or accessing its materials and application — the User confirms they have fully reviewed these Terms and accepts them in their entirety.
1.3. If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must stop using the Service.
1.4. The Service is not an official Grinding Gear Games product, is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Grinding Gear Games. Path of Exile is a trademark of Grinding Gear Games Limited.
2. Nature of the Services and Digital Goods
2.1. The Service provides intangible digital goods and services: access to a crafting- and farming-assistant application for Path of Exile, configuration files, instructional video guides, craft strategies, and consultations in the Discord community.
2.2. Materials provided through the Service may include:
- information from publicly available sources;
- original materials created by the administration;
- analytical breakdowns, craft strategies, curated lists, and recommendations.
2.3. The User understands and agrees that the value of the Service's digital goods and services lies in their organization, automation, presentation, upkeep, support, and updates — not in the exclusivity of any individual piece of information.
2.4. The Service does not claim or guarantee that any individual element of its materials is unique, exclusive, or unavailable elsewhere.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
3.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
3.2. The administration does not guarantee:
- that the Service will meet the User's expectations;
- any particular in-game, financial, or other outcome;
- uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application and website.
3.3. The administration is not liable for:
- any direct or indirect losses, including lost profit;
- consequences of the User's use of the application, configurations, or craft strategies, including any affecting their Path of Exile game account;
- acts or omissions of third parties, including Grinding Gear Games and Boosty;
- temporary technical outages or access restrictions.
3.4. All decisions to apply the materials, recommendations, or application are made by the User independently and at their own risk.
4. Lawful Use
4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or facilitate unlawful activity.
4.2. The User agrees to use the Service strictly within applicable law and the rules of third parties, including Path of Exile's terms of use and those of other services.
4.3. Responsibility for the lawful use of the Service's materials, application, and services rests entirely with the User.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All materials made available through the Service (including the application, configuration files, videos, and text) are protected under intellectual property law.
5.2. The User may not copy, distribute, resell, transfer to third parties, or otherwise use the Service's materials without the rights holder's permission.
5.3. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in access to the Service being restricted without compensation.
6. Access Restrictions
6.1. The administration may suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service if:
- the User violates these Terms;
- abuse is detected (including exceeding the device limit or attempting to circumvent the licensing system);
- required by law or by payment providers.
6.2. Restricting access does not release the User from obligations incurred earlier.
6.3. The administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may pose an elevated risk to the Service, its payment providers, or third parties.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1. Subscription and reseller-order payments are processed through the Boosty payment platform or the Platega payment service (card, SBP) — the exact payment method is shown at checkout.
7.2. Because the digital goods and services are intangible, refunds are not issued once access has been granted, except as described below.
7.3. A refund is possible only if:
- the service was not delivered due to a technical fault of the Service;
- access to the application or materials was not actually granted after payment.
7.4. To request a refund, the User must contact support within 24 hours of payment.
7.5. Refund decisions are made by the administration on a case-by-case basis.
7.6. Cancelling the Boosty subscription itself, and any refunds related to it, are handled through the subscription settings on the Boosty platform, per its own rules.
7.7. A Platega payment is a one-time charge, not an auto-renewing subscription — for refunds on payments made via Platega, contact the Service's support team as described in clause 7.4.
7.8. The User agrees not to initiate a chargeback through a payment system without first contacting the Service's support team.
8. Privacy
8.1. The administration collects the minimum data necessary (email address, technical device identifiers) to operate the Service and its licensing system.
8.2. Details of data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.
8.3. The administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted.
9. Changes to These Terms
9.1. The administration may amend these Terms.
9.2. The current version of the Terms is published on poecrafthelper.org.
9.3. Continued use of the Service constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Contact Information
10.1. For any questions, the User may contact the support team.
