1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the processing and protection of information the User provides when using the poecrafthelper.org website and the PoE Craft Helper application (the "Service").

1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms acceptance of the terms of this Policy. If the User does not agree with these terms, they must stop using the Service.

2. Data Collection

2.1. The Service may collect the following types of data:

• the email address used to sign in to the app and link a subscription;
• technical device identifiers (hardware fingerprint, MAC address, component serial numbers, computer name) — required for the licensing system to function and to enforce the device limit for each plan;
• technical information (IP address, OS version, app version);
• subscription status information received from the Boosty payment platform;
• a history of interactions with the Service (sign-in dates, list of linked devices);
• payment outcome information (transaction status, amount) received from the Platega payment service — the Service never stores card details; Platega processes them itself under the PCI DSS standard.

2.2. The Service does not request passport data, identity documents, photos, or other personal information from the User that isn't directly related to licensing and subscription functionality.

Cookies

2.3. The Service uses cookies to sign you in to the cabinet and to remember interface preferences (language, cabinet UI state).

2.4. Yandex Metrika is used to analyze site traffic (including Webvisor session recording and click maps); it sets its own cookies and records User actions on the site in anonymized form.

2.5. By using the Service, the User consents to the use of cookies. Cookies can be disabled in browser settings, though this may limit certain features of the Service, including signing in to the cabinet.

3. Use of Information

3.1. The Service uses the information it collects solely to:

• operate the app's and site's functionality, including license verification and enforcing the device limit;
• communicate with the User (notifications, replies to support requests);
• analyze and improve the Service.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

4.1. The administration does not disclose collected data to third parties, except:

• where required by law;
• when interacting with the Boosty and Platega payment platforms to verify and process subscriptions and payments;
• where the User has given their own consent.

5. Data Storage and Protection

5.1. Data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing, or until the User's account is deleted upon request.

5.2. The administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. The User understands and agrees that transmitting information over the internet always carries some risk.

6.2. The administration is not liable for the loss, theft, or disclosure of data caused by third parties (including Boosty and other providers) or by the User.

7. Changes to This Policy

7.1. The administration may amend the terms of this Policy without prior notice.

7.2. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Policy.
