How do I get access after paying?
Access opens automatically right after payment. Subscribe directly in your account — by card or SBP, access appears instantly — or through Boosty by linking the same email in the app that you used on Boosty. No manual approval to wait for either way.
What happens if I switch computers?
Every plan has a device limit. The old device is freed automatically after a period of inactivity, or you can ask support to remove it manually on Telegram.
Can I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed through Boosty, you can cancel anytime in your subscription settings there. Card/SBP payments in your account are a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal — there's nothing to cancel, access simply ends when the paid period runs out.
Is there any risk to my game account?
As with any third-party game tool, PoE Craft Helper is used at your own risk — we can't offer guarantees on behalf of the game's developers. In practice, there haven't been any ban cases from using the tool: a large share of players use auto-crafting tools, so mass bans are unlikely — that would trigger a wave of complaints from players to the game's developers.
